Step-by-Step Enrollment Guide for CMBA 2026

Step 01

Application & Seat Reservation

Complete the online registration form and settle the RM 3,000 deposit to secure your seat in the upcoming intake.

Step 02

IBS Academic Review & Interview

Your professional credentials and business achievements will be reviewed by the IBS Academic Committee. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a formal Interview conducted by IBS (online). Upon successful evaluation, an official Offer Letter will be issued.

Step 03

Visa Documentation Submission

Following the issuance of your Offer Letter, you are required to upload the following documents for your Malaysian Student Visa (VAL) application:

1. Digital Photographs      

• One (1) passport-sized photograph with WHITE background (35mm x 45mm).

2. Passport Copies (Full Comprehensive Scan)      

• Bio-data Page: Showing face, name, and passport details.

• Visa Pages: All pages containing previous visa information.

• Observation Page: Showing extensions or name clarifications.

• Mandatory Full-Page Scan: Applicants from Libya, Iran, Iraq, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen must provide a copy of ALL passport pages.

• Validity: Passport must be valid for at least 18 months.

3. Academic & Health Records      

• Offer Letter: A copy of your IBS-UKM acceptance letter.

• Health Declaration Form: Download, sign, and upload the scanned copy.

• Academic Transcripts: Certificates and transcripts of all previous studies.

• Yellow Fever Vaccination: Required for applicants from high-risk transmission zones.

4. Region-Specific Requirements      

• NOC (No-Objection Certificate): Required for students from Sudan.

• LOE (Letter of Eligibility): Required for students from Iran.

Step 04

VAL Processing & Coordination

Your application will be submitted to EMGS and the Malaysian Immigration Department. UKM will provide coordination support throughout the visa approval process.

Step 05

Tuition Balance Settlement

Upon the approval of your Visa Approval Letter (VAL), the remaining balance of RM 16,928 must be settled to finalize your enrollment and registration records.

Step 06

Arrival & Program Commencement

Apply for your Single Entry Visa (SEV) and prepare for the program commencement in September 2026. A Personal Bond will be lodged upon your arrival for the Student Pass endorsement.
