We need to foster a democratic teaching style, shifting from teachers dominating students to facilitating an exchange of ideas. 

Erudition: This means being knowledgeable, having a wide range of knowledge, understanding broadly, and having rich academic achievements. Teachers must be erudite; only by being erudite themselves can they make students erudite. Therefore, our teaching team must be knowledgeable, proficient in their field, versatile, diligent in their internal skills, enthusiastic about research, good at summarizing, actively pursuing further education, and continuing education.

Professor EJIN, a visiting professor in digital marketing and the dean of Monster College, was invited to conduct a wonderful one-day course, attracting numerous representatives from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as the school's faculty and students to participate enthusiastically, creating a lively atmosphere.


With his profound academic knowledge and rich industry experience, Professor EJIN explained the cutting-edge concepts and practical skills in the field of digital marketing in a simple and understandable way. From the precise positioning and creative strategies of social media marketing, to the key points and practical operations of search engine optimization, and then to the formulation of marketing strategies driven by data analysis, the professor presented a complete and clear picture of digital marketing for the participants through vivid case studies and detailed step-by-step demonstrations.


During the lecture, the SME representatives were fully engaged and actively interacted with the professor, raising many problems encountered in their actual operations, such as how to increase brand exposure with a limited budget and how to effectively utilize big data for precise marketing. Professor EJIN patiently answered each question and provided practical and feasible suggestions, helping the enterprises seize opportunities and overcome difficulties in the wave of digitalization.

In the “Thought Explosion” session, participants were divided into two groups to engage in a discussion themed “Brainstorming: Using Reverse Thinking to Overcome Business Challenges.” The activity was conducted in two stages:

  • Group members shared pressing challenges their businesses faced, such as surging raw material costs, uncontrollable labor expenses, or market expansion difficulties. Participants also outlined conventional solutions and their limitations, setting the stage for reverse-thinking strategies.

  • Participants brainstormed breakthrough directions using reverse thinking, exploring ideas like reducing unnecessary cost components, targeting niche market needs, or creating product differentiation to escape fierce competition.

Additionally, the session included a “Q&A: Enhancing Reverse Thinking Application” segment. Professor Liu addressed common questions raised during group discussions, such as “How to balance risk in reverse strategies?” and “How to persuade teams to adopt innovative thinking?” His answers, backed by real-world examples, helped participants overcome barriers to implementing reverse thinking in their businesses.

In the “Breaking Free” session, participants participated in a debate activity. The professor introduced topics related to the day’s lesson, and each group nominated members to engage in a lively debate about breaking norms and reshaping business structures. Notably, two teenagers joined the debate, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas from the younger generation.

The engaging activities in both courses allowed participants to not only absorb knowledge but also gain a deeper understanding of the business concepts being taught.         - 如果一次性全部报名,只需要使用15张课程券。

    - 对于非会员:

        - 需要支付每一堂课RM4999。

    - 本课程不包含餐饮套餐,会员以及非会员均可以使用赠送的咖啡券以及餐券。

 (II) Course Fees and Enrollment

1. Intensive Course Fees

    - This course series is a business intensive course, not a formal diploma education course in the college.

    - For members:

        - Each class can use a course voucher, one per time (advance registration required).

        - If you enroll in all courses at once, only 15 course vouchers are needed.

    - For non-members:

        - You need to pay RM4,999 for each class.

    - This course does not include a catering package. Both members and non-members can use the complimentary coffee vouchers and meal vouchers.

 

2. Full Education Course

    - The full education course includes a formal diploma. For specific details, please refer to our separate announcements from the college. It should be noted that the fee for the full education course is RM39,998. Members cannot use course vouchers to pay for this. However, depending on your membership level, you will still receive points refund (as part of our membership reward program), which helps offset the cost and provides additional value to our members.

In order to enhance the strength of the International Business School, strengthen the construction of disciplines, improve the level of scientific research, and promote the improvement of the level of education and teaching quality, our school will employ visiting professors (part-time) according to actual needs. In order to regulate this work, this measure is specially formulated.


I. Employment conditions


1. Visiting professors must support the line, principles, and policies of education, love the cause of education, and have good ideological and moral qualities and professionalism.


2. In addition to meeting the requirements of professional matching and research direction, visiting professors should also meet one of the following conditions:


(1) Experts, scholars, social figures of high prestige, government officials and business leaders with a doctoral degree or senior professional title, who have a certain influence and reputation in the same industry in the country or province (state);


(2) Those with profound academic achievements, who have made significant contributions and achieved outstanding results in their disciplines;


(3) Those who can play an important role in promoting the construction of our college's disciplines, curriculum, faculty, laboratories, and academic exchanges and cooperation;


(4) Experts and scholars from all walks of life in society who have made outstanding contributions to the construction and development of our college.


2. Responsibilities of visiting professors


1. Take on the teaching tasks of the urgently needed courses, regularly come to the college's online classroom to conduct academic lectures, guide academic and scientific research, convey the latest information, introduce cutting-edge achievements, broaden the academic horizons of teachers and students, and provide guidance to young teachers as a mentor;


2. Participate in guiding the college's teaching, scientific research, management and discipline construction;


3. Support the development and reform of the college, provide consultation and suggestions;


4. Provide convenient conditions such as venues or other assistance for the college's teaching and scientific research.


3. Recruitment procedures


1. The appointment of visiting professors should be recommended by two college leaders or the person in charge of the major, and after obtaining the consent of the person appointed, it shall be reported to the deputy dean in charge for approval;


2. After review by the deputy dean in charge, the agreement will be signed and the appointment letter will be issued.


IV. Appointment period and termination


1. Appointment period of visiting professors: The specific appointment period shall be negotiated by both parties in a friendly manner according to the work needs. If the appointment is to be renewed, the appointment renewal procedure shall be carried out according to the appointment procedure;


2. Forms of appointment of visiting professors: short-term guidance and regular guidance.


3. If a visiting professor has any of the following circumstances, the school shall terminate the appointment:


(1) The appointment period of the visiting professor expires and the appointment renewal procedure has not been completed;


(2) The visiting professor violates relevant laws or causes adverse effects on our school;


(3) The visiting professor violates the content of the agreement.


V. Management and other matters


1. The college issues a letter of appointment to the visiting professor and negotiates to determine the tasks during the appointment period;


2. The relevant departments shall designate a person to be responsible for maintaining close and regular contact with the hired visiting professors to ensure the fulfillment of the agreed obligations;


3. During the period of employment of the hired personnel in the college, the relevant departments shall provide good working and living conditions and do a good job in various service work;


4. The treatment of visiting professors shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant documents of the college and after consultation and agreement between the two parties.


VI. This regulation shall be implemented from the date of issuance and the Academic Affairs Office shall be responsible for its interpretation.

Respect the individuality, background and viewpoints of students, and shall not discriminate or show prejudice against any student. 3. Comply with laws and regulations, and shall not engage in any illegal activities. III. Teaching-related Norms 1. Recently, important members of the MASDEA International Education Alliance Board of Directors visited the KTC Group Entrepreneurship Incubation Center in Kuala Lumpur, aiming to strengthen cooperation and exchanges between the two parties in the fields of international education and entrepreneurship incubation.
