Democracy: Establishing a democratic teaching style is an urgent requirement for education reform today. A democratic teaching style requires teachers to solicit opinions from all parties while imparting knowledge, be adept at listening to various opinions from students, refine and distinguish between the valuable and the false, continuously improve teaching methods. We need to foster a democratic teaching style, shifting from teachers dominating students to facilitating an exchange of ideas.
Erudition: This means being knowledgeable, having a wide range of knowledge, understanding broadly, and having rich academic achievements. Teachers must be erudite; only by being erudite themselves can they make students erudite. Therefore, our teaching team must be knowledgeable, proficient in their field, versatile, diligent in their internal skills, enthusiastic about research, good at summarizing, actively pursuing further education, and continuing education.
Love for Students: It means caring for students, which is the inner soul of a good teaching style. Loving students is the duty of teachers, a reflection of their noble sentiments and morality. Teachers should love students deeply and selflessly, tirelessly help, educate, and guide students, and show love to every student. We must strive to achieve equality between teachers and students, democratic harmony, care for students, treat weaker students kindly, encourage parent-school visits, communicate regularly, respect students, and eliminate corporal punishment.
Learning Attitude: Accumulate Diligently, Persevere, Think Profoundly, Enjoy Learning
Accumulate Diligently: It means accumulating extensively and fully. As students, we should accumulate abilities and improve skills in all aspects, pay attention to the learning and accumulation of basic knowledge, and achieve more with less, ensuring a solid foundation to further achieve excellence.
Persevere: It means having perseverance and perseverance. People need aspirations, and learning requires perseverance. Persistence in learning is the key to reading good books. Only by persevering can one eventually achieve one's ideals and goals.
Think Profoundly: It means being good at thinking. Confucius said, "Learning without thinking is useless; thinking without learning is perilous." A good thinker is a good learner. Only by thinking well can one learn well. We reject passive learning and rote memorization and aim to engage in active, thoughtful learning. Enjoy Learning: "Enjoy" means willingly, happily. "Enjoy learning" means willingly engaging in learning, learning in a joyful environment, regarding learning as a source of joy. We aim to transform the mindset of "I have to study" into "I want to study," turning "painful learning" into "enjoyable learning," enhancing students' self-awareness in learning and making learning a voluntary behavior for students.
