I‘am Min Hui, started career in sales at a multinational furniture company that operates in 124 different countries. Part of my job scope was to deal with developers' tender. The tendering process required me to deliver countless presentations and unfortunately, she failed at most of them. After some encouragement from my seniors, I’ m started to take up lessons in speech and presentation and these boosted my confidence. I’m mastered the art and science of presenting and influencing others in this process. My performances began to improve and was able to close an average of 35% of most tenders. I further led team of sales executives to increase the company's turnover by over 200% continuously for 4 years. This outstanding achievement was partly attributed to my willingness to train her own sales people in presentation skills. Over the next six years, I has successfully trained over 100s of sales professionals internally. My training sessions were so effective that the salespeople who left to other companies continued to contact and requested my training services and this sparked off career as a trainer. My clientele spans a diverse range of individuals and businesses who share a common appreciation for quality, comfort, and innovation.
