Eric KUAN 是东盟注册建筑师、马来西亚建筑师协会团体会员、马来西亚建筑师委员会注册专业建筑师、马来西亚绿色建筑促进者。曾任柬埔寨金边莱佛士国际学院讲师、东姑阿都拉曼管理科技大学建筑项目外部顾问，20年工作经验，设计项目涵盖高端公寓、商业企业总部等、酒店和医疗保健、社区体育场馆、工业建筑到个人别墅开发。他的设计作品涵盖马来西亚、新加坡、柬埔寨、缅甸、巴布亚新几内亚、南非。在受聘于著名开发商 Perdana ParkCity 担任建筑师期间，他为吉隆坡 Desa ParkCity 镇的住房计划的开发做出了贡献。 Desa ParkCity 是一个可持续发展的城镇，包括高端住宅、国际学校、医院、中央公园、社区体育设施和邻里零售商店，因其卓越表现而受到认可，赢得了 FIABCI 世界卓越奖等著名奖项。 2019年、2018年 FIABCI 马来西亚房地产奖、以及 The Edge 马来西亚房地产开发卓越奖。

Eric KUAN is an Registered ASEAN Architect, corporate member of the Malaysian Institute of Architects, Professional Architect registered with Board of Architects Malaysia, Green Building Facilitator in Malaysia. He used to be a lecturer at Raffles International College, Phnom Penh Cambodia and external panel for Architecture Program, Tunku Abdul Rahman University Of Management And Technology Over the 20 years of working experience, his design projects ranging from high-end condominium, commercial Corporate headquarters , hospitality & Healthcare, Community Sport stadium, industrial building to individual Villa development. His design portfolio covers Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, Myanmar, PNG, South Africa. While employed as an architect with the renowned developer Perdana ParkCity, he contributed to the development of housing schemes within the Desa ParkCity Township in Kuala Lumpur. Desa ParkCity is a sustainable township includes high-end residences, an international school, a hospital, central parks, community sports facilities, and neighborhood retail shops, recognized for its excellence, winning prestigious awards such as the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Award in 2019, the FIABCI Malaysia Property Award in 2018, and The Edge Malaysia Property Development Excellence Award.
